NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons: some images and graphics still have insufficient or missing alternative text. This fact violates the success criterion of "Non-textual content". We strive to revise appropriate alternative text for new content immediately and for older content continuously. The deficiencies of the following success criteria will be addressed by our content team and our technical department in the next development cycles: in some cases, alt text for images is still missing.
Third-party content / External services
The online booking function is provided by an external service provider (CASABLANCA hotelsoftware GmbH). Since this content is technically loaded by a third party, we have no direct influence on the accessibility design of the source code or on full keyboard accessibility within the booking process.
Our websites are displayed according to current technical possibilities and standards. We have randomly checked the order in which elements in the main content are technically displayed. Should you notice any problems with the implementation of individual elements, please let us know.
Disproportionate burden
Some of our videos do not have audio descriptions. As a result, the WCAG success criterion (pre-recorded audio description) is not met. We believe that adjusting this issue would constitute a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. The video on the homepage, which plays automatically in the header, does not have audio and therefore does not require an audio description.
