Our studio apartments in Obergurgl are available either on the basement level, offering even more peace and quiet at a better price, or on the ground floor with level access. Ideal for solo travelers or couples who want to be close to all the stunning Ötztal highlights.

Some face south towards the mountains, while others are located in the quiet basement level. Some accommodate six, while others are designed for two people. What they all have in common: a fully equipped kitchen. A nice dining area where you can happily linger in the evening. Plus the freedom to be as independent on vacation as you are at home. With the mountains practically at your doorstep and just a stone's throw away.

Our largest apartments in Obergurgl at 1,930 meters above sea level, offer ample space for shared holiday moments. At the same time, everyone has enough space to enjoy some hours alone. Two spacious apartments with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and balconies where the sun shines until late in the evening. Each morning feels just like a new adventure.

Breakfast in the morning at PANORA, with great mountain views. Spend the day exploring nature. Return to your room in the evening: feel the warm wooden floor beneath your feet, stretch out your legs in the sitting area, enjoy the panoramic view from your west-facing balcony as the last light of day fades. 30 square meters of alpine living, just for you.

DELUXE

The French balcony lets in plenty of light, even in winter. The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxing bubble baths. The sofa can be pulled out if children are joining you or if a third bed is needed. A touch of luxury for two to four people.

36 m² covered with Tirolean larch or spruce wood flooring that feels pleasantly warm even barefoot. The balcony faces west, so that the evening light streams directly into the room, while in winter it casts an orange glow on the mountain summits. Our Premium Room is the largest one of the entire holiday house.
