CHECK-IN FROM 2:00 PM
- For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to inform us about your planned check-in time one day prior to your arrival.
- Please note that rooms, apartments and parking spaces will only be available from 2:00 PM onwards.
- If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know by phone so we can provide you with details regarding late check-in.
- For a later check-in, we require your personal information via online check-in.
We must charge 100% for late arrivals.
CHECK-OUT BY 9:30 AM
- We kindly ask you to vacate your room and apartment by 9:30 AM.
- Please settle your final bill at reception one day prior to departure, either in cash or via instant bank transfer.
- Upon checking out of your room/apartment, please also vacate the parking space.
- Early departures will be charged at 100 %.
The child discount is only available for rooms with breakfast booked with two full-paying adults and does not apply to bookings in our apartments.
- Children 0-1 year: fixed price of € 20.00 per day
- Children 2-6 years: -70 %
- Children 7-14 years: -50 %
- Children 15 years and older: -25 %
- Room rates listed are in € per person per day, including breakfast.
- Apartment rates are in € per unit for the specified number of people per day.
- The resort tax of € 5.00 per guest per night will be charged separately (children up to 15 years do not pay the resort tax).
- We reserve the right to bill surcharges for short stays and weekend stays.

- Important note: we do not cover any bank fees.
- Sorry, pets are not permitted in our accommodation during the winter.
- In summer, pets are welcome in certain units by prior arrangement.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in the entire building.
- We love dogs. However, we want to ensure the well-being of all our guests and therefore your four-legged friend is not allowed to enter the spa area or breakfast room. Thank you so much for your understanding.
- One parking space is reserved for each apartment in our underground garage.
- Additional parking spaces must be arranged directly with us in advance and are subject to a fee of € 12.00 per day.
- Parking on the arrival day before 2:00 PM or on the departure day after 9:30 AM will be charged at € 12.00 per day.
- There is no standard room cleaning on Sundays.
- If you would like your room cleaned on this day, please hang the room cleaning sign on the outside of your door handle by 10:00 AM at the latest. Without the sign, the room will not be cleaned on that day.
- Cancellations are annoying and they really are. It's a pity when someone can't come and rooms remain empty, even though others would have loved to stay. On the other hand, unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone.
- We strongly recommend that you protect yourself for all holiday circumstances and take out travel cancellation and interruption insurance. You can purchase separate travel insurance from your preferred insurance company.
- In the event of a cancellation without travel cancellation insurance, the stated cancellation policy applies without exception, regardless of whether the room is subsequently occupied by other guests or not.
- Our cancellation policy is based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) and our own terms and conditions.

- Up to 91 days prior to arrival: € 50.00 processing fee
- 90 to 31 days prior to arrival: 40 % of the total price
- 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price
- 7 to 4 days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total price
- 3 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100 % of the total price
