winter in Obergurgl

As one of the highest ski resorts in the Alps, Obergurgl boasts snow-sure slopes from November through May. Lovely Alpenresidenz is just a few walking minutes from the ski slope access point and the "Hochfirst" ski school meeting point. The bus stop directly in front of Alpenresidenz provides easy access to five other ski areas spread across Ötztal valley. Over 360 kilometers of slopes are available at an unbeatable price for holders of the Ötztal Super Skipass.

In summer, Ötztal truly blossoms - captivating visitors with pristine nature and magnificent mountain scenery. 1,600 kilometers of hiking trails lead directly from Alpenresidenz into untouched side valleys, towards crystal clear mountain lakes and to majestic summits with panoramic views. Leisurely family hikes to Langtalereckhütte mountain inn or challenging tours up to the three thousand meter mark begin right at your doorstep. The same is true for varied mountain bike trails, for both leisurely cyclists and ambitious summit conquerors.
