Summer Card
already included

THE ULTIMATE ÖTZTAL SUMMER CARD IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY AT ALPENRESIDENZ – FOR EVERY GUEST, FROM THE SECOND DAY UNTIL AND INCLUDING THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. It grants free access to the summer mountain lifts up to 3,000 meters and beyond, unlimited use of public bus lines throughout the valley and also includes museums, swimming pools and true highlights like Ötzi Village and even AREA 47 and AQUA DOME during selected periods. You receive your Summer Card upon arrival at the reception.

Mountain Lifts

Hohe Mut gondola lift takes you from Obergurgl up to over 2,600 meters, up there you can enjoy high alpine hikes with panoramic views of glaciers and three-thousand-meter high peaks. One uphill and downhill ride per day is also included on other mountain lifts in Ötztal - such as Gaislachkogl Gondola in Sölden, which takes you to ice Q and 007 ELEMENTS at 3,048 meters.

AREA 47 &
AQUA DOME

Two highlights are included in the Summer Card on selected days: AREA 47 and AQUA DOME. AREA 47 is Austria's largest outdoor adventure park, featuring water park, wakeboarding and an indoor bike park. At AQUA DOME in Längenfeld, you can float in thermal water coming from a depth of 1,865 meters.

Pool & lakes
in the valley

The Oetz adventure outdoor pool offers varied slides and pools. The swimming area at lake Piburger See, one of Tirol's warmest mountain lakes. The natural bathing lake in Umhausen, nestled in tranquil nature. Also included are the Haiming forest pool and Freizeit Arena Sölden.

Museums &
Attractions

Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum on Timmelsjoch Pass showcases motorcycle history at an altitude of over 2,500 meters. The Birds of Prey Park in Umhausen brings you incredibly close to eagles, falcons and vultures. Scenic Ötzi Village tells the interactive story of how people lived here some 5,000 years ago.

Free & sustainable
travel

The public bus runs every half hour throughout Ötztal valley. Unlimited use is included, along with bike transport to Obergurgl. The panoramic Glacier Road and Timmelsjoch Pass can be accessed once per day by public bus. Hiking buses to Niederthai and Windachtal side valley provide convenient transport to even the most remote trails.

Mountain bike &
bicycle rental

One-time rental of a standard bike (not suitable for the trails of the Bike Republic Sölden!). E-bikes, downhill bikes and special bikes are available at a discount.

Ötztal Nature Park
Summer Program

Covering more than 500 km², the Ötztal Nature Park is Tirol's second largest nature park and the third largest in all Austria. From June to October, there is a wide range of guided tours regarding flora and fauna of Ötztal Valley - from family hikes to high altitude tours, there's something for everyone.
