Uniquely situated at 1,930 meters above sea level, the majestic Ötztal Alps as a backdrop. The D-3 surprises with a rare detail: two bathrooms - one with bathtub and the other with shower. This ensures that there is no queue in the morning, even if you are six people. The apartment covers 80 square meters and features two bedrooms, a living area with pull-out corner sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with homey dining area. A French balcony facing southwest brings in the pleasant light of the late afternoon sun.

The largest of our apartments at Alpenresidenz in Ötztal. 100 square meters, two large bedrooms, each with a pull-out sofa bed, two bathrooms with bathtubs and a south-facing balcony or garden that catches the morning sun first. Ideal for families who need plenty of space. Perfect for best friends who want to cook together and sit outside under the stars in the evening.

Prime location in Gurgl

Scenic Alpenresidenz is centrally yet quietly located in Obergurgl. The slopes, the village center and the ski school are just a few walking minutes away. In summer, hiking trails start right outside the front door. More detailed information about the location can be found here.

Double Room
DELUXE

The French balcony lets in plenty of light, even in winter. The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxing bubble baths. The sofa can be pulled out if children are joining you or if a third bed is needed. A touch of luxury for two to four people.

PREMIUM

36 m² covered with Tirolean larch or spruce wood flooring that feels pleasantly warm even barefoot. The balcony faces west, so that the evening light streams directly into the room, while in winter it casts an orange glow on the mountain summits. Our Premium Room is the largest one of the entire holiday house.
