Type D-1 is the most spacious apartment in its category. Covering 60 m², it features a bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, living area with another sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. Six people have ample space here for both togetherness and privacy. Outside, a south-facing balcony or garden awaits you. Apartment D-2 is one of our apartments in Obergurgl, that promises even more moments of relaxation thank to its bathtub. On 50 m², you will also find a bedroom with double bed and pull-out corner sofa bed, a combined living room and kitchen where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air in the morning and where you can create your own culinary masterpieces after a day on the mountain. On the south-facing balcony or in the garden, you can soak up the sun on your face while enjoying panoramic mountain views.

Those who look west in the morning are treated to a special view of the Ötztal mountains. Apartment D-5 faces northwest. It is very quiet and features a balcony where you can linger well into the evening. Inside, you will find comfortable wooden floors. The north side is the quieter side. No direct morning light, but even more peace and quiet. Apartment D-9 at 60 m², features a separate bedroom, a combined living room and kitchen with pull-out sofa bed for two additional guests as well as a balcony that stays cool even in the height of summer. Enjoy precious peace and quiet plus ideal temperatures all year round.

The apartment faces north - it is quiet, without direct sunlight, ideal for those who prefer not to be woken by sunlight in the morning. The French balcony lets in plenty of light, even in winter. The bathroom features a bathtub for relaxing bubble baths. The sofa can be pulled out if children are joining you or if a third bed is needed. A touch of luxury for two to four people.

PREMIUM

36 m² covered with Tirolean larch or spruce wood flooring that feels pleasantly warm even barefoot. The balcony faces west, so that the evening light streams directly into the room, while in winter it casts an orange glow on the mountain summits. Our Premium Room is the largest one of the entire holiday house.
